The hotel offered fast, affordable shuttle service. The room was cramped with a very hard mattress.

The room I booked was tidy and fancy with 3 single beds. It was nice to have central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

The place was fairly clean and high quality, had knowledgeable and hospitable staff at the reception desk. The restaurant was very nice for dinner here, I had DELICIOUS dishes. The room was newly decorated, the location was decent.
Well, no shop.

Quick access to Terminal 4 made my travel easier.
Unfortunately, my twin room felt cramped, with a bed that was too narrow and a hard mattress. I encountered issues with the promised shuttle service that never arrived, leaving me to rely on a questionable Uber. The lack of nearby amenities.

The desk person was very accomodating.
WARNING....the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you don't use their transportation (10Euros each way) the taxi driver will get lost, and it will cost you a fortune. Their web write-up says: "smart base in the charming town of Paracuellos de Jarama"...this is not true, the town would be about 6 miles from hotel (at best). I have seen other hotels which sound much nicer and in the "charming town", not in the middle of industrial site. The transportation should be included in the rate, since it is the only sane way to get there. I got there on a Friday 7pm...went next door to a restaurant that was open but did not serve dinner at that time. So I had to have a packaged ham and cheese sandwich out of the hotel's vending machine.

The shuttle service to the airport isn't reliable. You can't book in advance and must call upon arrival-this can lead to unnecessary waits, as I experienced a half-hour delay before opting for a taxi. The room lacked a kettle or microwave, leaving you without a quick way to prepare anything. A couple of rooms come with odd layouts, like the addition with a glass roof over the bed, which can feel uncomfortable even with a canopy.

Reasonably large rooms with 3 single beds available. Fast check-in, parking on site. By the way, parking fee - usd 6 per day. Location short walk to airports, and restaurants/bars in the area. Also, on the suburbs of Madrid.

I booked the hotel because I needed an overnight stay at Madrid Airport. For this is was ideal, with a shuttle service to the airport, comfortable, quiet rooms, modern shower rooms, and efficient pleasant staff. It's not a holiday hotel, and not intended to be, but I'll certainly use it again when I need to stay at Madrid Barajas overnight.

I almost wrote a nice review, but the filthy rooms and unfriendliness of the staff ruined it. When i asked for an upgrade because of the creepy vibes, i was met with disbelief. It's disheartening to see water damage and holes in the ceiling without any compensation.

I appreciated the quick airport transfer. The shuttle was efficient and got me to Terminal 4 in no time. My room was clean, a big plus for a quick stay. The reception staff were helpful, assisting with my questions. The location left much to be desired. It's in an industrial area with limited dining options nearby. I found the breakfast a bit lacking in variety. They need better communication regarding the shuttle availability since it wasn't advertised well, causing confusion. Still, for an overnight layover, it met my basic needs.

Excellent for a budget priced overnight stay at Barajas airport. The airport shuttle service was especially useful. No restaurant, but reception will order meals in at competitive prices, to eat either in the small breakfast room or in your room. There's a machine for cold drinks and sandwiches. Included breakfast basic but perfectly adequate. Location seemed to be an industrial estate, but quiet and very convenient for the airport. Staff polite and helpful. I would certainly use it again.

It was clean and new looking. It was near the airport. It was not too expensive.
No restaurant. The only food that was mentioned was from a vending machine. It was refrigerated main dishes, such as meatless lazena. I would have felt better if it had been frozen. Who knew how long it had been in there. It had to be heated in its own plastic dish. It was designed that way, but some have the belief that toxins are released to food.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful we stayed 1 night before and 1 night after a long flight and the transfer to and from the airport was ideal we parked our car for the 2 weeks in their secure parking so that was one thing less to worry about we arrived back at the airport at 23.00 so it was ideal getting picked up and staying the night before a 4 hour drive.
